Job Title : Sales Manager H&G/T&O

Job Description :

Parry America Inc. is looking for a dynamic personality to manage their H&G business. The ideal candidate will have 8 - 10 years of experience in Agri Input Industry with good understanding of US H&G business. The position is based in Arlington, TX and involves 30% travel.

Reports to: General Manager

Job purpose: Sales and marketing of organic pesticides in H&G/ T&O segment of the US market

Education: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Agribusiness Management

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

  • Appointment of distribution for strengthening the supply chain
  • Achieve planned revenues and profitability in the given territory/segment
  • Analyze sales trends and work with partners to generate periodic sales forecast
  • Undertake Market Research for designing marketing programs
  • Execute marketing programs designed by the business in the targeted segment
  • Technical support & training of sales and marketing teams of distribution partner
  • Actively seek partners in key markets for business development and market expansion
  • Track distributor performance, and re-evaluating partnerships
  • Any other sales and marketing activities assigned by General Manager, Parry America Inc from time to time for Parry’s products
